3. Charges & Payments

• A standard doorstep service charge of ₹249 is applicable and will be informed before the visit.
• Any additional repair or spare part charges will be discussed and approved by the customer before proceeding.
• Payments can be made through cash, UPI, or other accepted methods as communicated by the technician.

4. Spare Parts Warranty

Spare parts installed by our technicians come with a limited warranty, typically 30 to 90 days depending on the part and manufacturer. Warranty terms will be shared at the time of installation.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

6. User Conduct
